This is a very well made pie carrier. The top fastens securely to the bottom. The handles fold down flat when not in use. I carried a pumpkin pie in it for Thanksgiving, but it appears to be tall enough to accommodate a meringue. I would give it 5 stars if the four fasteners were a little easier to clip to the bottom plate..... but then maybe they wouldn't be as secure.
