I just received the Fifth Avenue Crystal 'Muirfield' cake plate and dome, which was intended as a gift. The product is NOT crystal, but poor quality glass, even has air bubbles in the plate. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and workmanship and would not give this China-made junk to anyone. If you are interested in this product, I strongly suggest you inspect it at a local merchant first or otherwise plan your time returning it to Amazon. You'll be sorry.

Looks absolutely gorgeous online, but don't fall for the dazzle you see here. This cake stand is ugly! Glass has a yellow cast to it, and as another poster pointed out, it's full of air bubbles.
