We used this for my sons 5th birthday party, superhero theme. This was perfect for the cupcakes. It doesn't hold a ton, but we made cakes for the party as well...so it worked perfectly. It is made of cardboard. My son still has it assembled in his room and uses it with his action figures. So it holds up pretty good!
