Welp, I read the other reviews and foolishly thought, "Nah, that won't happen to me; mine will arrive in one piece." It did not. You would think the company would package their product better because evidently these cake stands break often and therefore get returned constantly. It was just a cheap, Chinese product...nothing special at all, if a handmade, artisan quality is what you're looking for. If you want something solidly made, unique, and high quality, I suggest going to Restoration Hardware or to a mom and pop shop. Do not order this cake stand.

This was a nice Christmas gift to replace one I broke.The vendor shipped the product as promised, it was well packaged.The cake dome was smaller than I expected. It may not fit a large bunt cake.

The cake stand is not well-protected in its original pachaging. So it broken into pieces when I got the parcel. A complete waste of money!
